HOLZMANN Gear Drilling Machine ZS50APS – Gear drilling machine with 2-speed selection (L / H)
The HOLZMANN ZS50APS is a gear drilling machine designed for drilling and tapping applications. The 2-speed motor provides a wide speed range.
The automatic vertical feed (quill) can be disengaged and offers multiple feed rates (0 / 0.12 / 0.18 / 0.25 mm/rev).
The cast iron drilling table is height-adjustable and rotatable and can be used for machining different workpieces. The T-slots (14 mm) allow the use of clamping devices such as vices.
The machine is equipped with a coolant system. The gearbox operates in an oil bath and features ground and hardened gears.
The drilling head is rotatable and height-adjustable. An automatic tapping function with forward/reverse operation is integrated.
The rigid drill column with ground surface and the base support the installation of the machine.
Additional features include a foldable chuck guard made of acrylic glass and fine quill feed via handwheel.
